My Mission as a portrait photographer is to create portraits that capture a moment in time that families will love over the years to come. I strive to capture my clients not just in how they look, but in how they interact with each other. A pose is just a pose, but when you introduce laughing and playing together you bring out the deep connections that make each family member shine.

When you inquire about a session:

     Portrait photography is meant to be an experience, designed just for you. When you inquire about having a custom portrait session with Memory Me Studio, whether it be a Maternity, Newborn, Family or Senior session, you can expect a phone call to schedule an in-person pre-consultation ( I love taking my clients to my favorite coffee shops in Saint Paul and Minneapolis) to see if we are the right fit to work together and an then a more intensive in person creative planning session once we decide we are a match to build a one of a kind session for you.

What does a Session look like with Memory Me Studio?

     I keep my sessions light hearted and upbeat. With patience and understanding as well as some silliness and play children come out of their shells and burst forth with beautiful smiles. There is no need to fret when we are working together if your child is having a hard time participating, there is something that usually works for every child.  Prior to your session we will meet either in person on have a phone session to discuss all the details for your session so that once your session day arrives we are all prepared to begin shooting. 

Once you book

your session:

We will begin planning wardrobe, location and any specific images you may want to have created. We will plan where and how you would like to display your portraits and who you might want to gift copies to.

On your session day, We will spend between 30 minutes and 2 hours shooting depending what session you have booked with me. We will do some light posing but within those poses we will interact and capture images with you looking at the camera as well as interacting with each other or the environment around you. 

How I help throughout your session:

Once you ask me to join your team, I am there for you every step of the way. I provide you with a full style and session planning guide and help with everything from clothing to props, hair, makeup, and whatever else you need to have the best portrait experience possible. When we are working together I will treat you like family and I always want the best for my family.

After your session

We work together to go over your portraits either in my Portrait Studio space in St. Paul or in your home.  I design albums, help you choose which portraits to put on your wall, if a canvas or a custom framed print will work best.   I also offer instillation for your Canvas portraits and custom framed art in your home at the time of deliver. All products that I offer are finished and ready to display.
